The shades were just what I'd been looking for. When they arrived the glass moulding was slightly out on one shade. Customer Services arranged for a replacement to be delivered the very next day. Couldn't be happier with the lights or Customer Services. Would definitely buy from Ruma again.
Sideboard arrived on time and required minimal assembly — just attaching the legs. It feels solid, looks far more expensive than it is, and offers great value for money. A beautiful statement piece and the perfect centrepiece for my entrance hall.
Order #37787I ordered the Stockton Linen Wood 3 Door 3 Drawer Unit and was extremely disappointed with what arrived. The item shown on the website appears cream/ivory in every photo, yet the unit I received is a completely different grey colour — and the website does not state this anywhere. However I spoke to customer services who referred my complaint to the Director and he was helpful and offered a partial refund so I can it wrapped in ivory.
