Ordered lampshades. Not clear on site where dimensions were including height. On most sites it’s under - dimensions or specificationsI sent my order back and told refund would be within 5-7 days. It didn’t appear. I had to email to chase the refund that seemingly had been forgotten. It was however processed quickly after this finalContact.
I was looking for a different type of ahad but all of the ones I found, were fairly standard. I searched o lune and found Ruma which had a greatnrange of unusual shades as well as standard. I found what I wanted and ordered straight away. I am delighted with thwm. Just what I wanted.
