Replacement umbrella was sent quickly and damaged one taken away with no fuss. Delivery company was not very good, having got my delivery address wrong twice. And the photographic evidence of their ‘delivery’ was so blurred as to be almost useless!

Excellent Service and Quality

Excellent service, I bought a lamp base and shade which are such good quality. I had been searching for the right lamp to complete my room. It looks amazing and so well packed and arrived on time. I thoroughly recommend Ruma, yes a bit pricey but well worth it.
