I had hoped I'd found the perfect eyeliner but I am really disappointed. It is supposed to glide on without dragging however I found it very dry, and difficult to apply.

Exceptional Product and Personal Service

Personal service is exceptional. Had to delay a subscription delivery and it was done with a quick email. Love the mascara; was using another brand that was too hard to remove and clumpy. Perfect blend of being waterproof and easy to remove.

Great mascara product

Great mascara product, goes on beautifully giving length and definition and STAYS THERE all day. Customer service great. Mine took a little longer to arrive than expected (right before Christmas). Not only did the team answer my email to track it for me, they emailed again a week later to ensure delivery and satisfaction. Great, I cannot imagine that from any other cosmetic provider.

I have never had much luck with mascara …

I must have a high body temperature, and it doesn't help that my eyelashes are transparent. I have tried every type of mascara: waterproof, tube, sealers ... without luck. Within 30 minutes I usually look like a panda. But, forever optimistic, I thought I would give Rumi VolumeCare+ Mascara a try.My pre-Christmas order arrived promptly so I was able to trial it before a large family lunch. I went shopping and for a walk, had lunch with friends - a good workout for any mascara - so you can only imagine my delight when my eyelashes looked fantastic and stayed smudge-free! And they survived through my family lunch the next day! I was so impressed I bought the Magic Box - a surprise selection that arrived yesterday (such great customer service, so prompt!) Now I have the whole kit: eyebrow gel, eyebrow serum, highlighter, colourstick and eyeliner. I cannot wait to use them all!

Beautiful Products

Rumi mascara

I’m so impressed with the Rumi Cosmetics volume and care+ mascara. Gives an impressive lift and curl on my fine lashes, very comfortable to wear as doesn’t feel thick or clumpy on the lashes. Only need to swipe brush through the lashes a couple of times to get a great result. I have easily irritated eyes and this hasn’t caused any issues at all. Within 2 weeks of using I bought it again. Having tried many mascaras in the past and also had lash lifts this ticks every box- easy to remove too without any effort or scrubbing!
