Im using Rumí lash care eyelash serum and mascara for 5 months now the n product really work my eyelashes before are a short and look thing but now using this product look increíble I use this serum every night before bed and the mascara make see youLashes long and full and 64 years old and getting older you loose hair and look thinner but this help me a lot I recommend this product 100% it’s really work .
I wasted my money. It clumped on the application wand, it clumped my lashes together and it crumbled in flakes when trying to remove it. It’s a terrible product and I threw it out after a week of using it. Never again, totally false advertising from my point of view.
I received my mascara the other day and after day 3 of trying it, I find myself extremely disappointed. The mascara is clumpy, clogs up my eyelashes and does nothing to enhance them at all. When I cleanse my face and remove the mascara, clomps of it come away. What’s that all about? I’ve been left thinking that my cheaper High Street brand is much better and will revert back to that. After all the beautiful packaging, the blurb here on Facebook, I feel cheated and angry that I fell for Rumi. The mascara I bought is 4x more expensive than my ‘cheap’ high street brand.
I left a negative review several days ago, at least they finally emailed me following that bad review. I still haven’t received the mascara I ordered 11 days ago and now I’ve lost interest in it especially when customers are saying that even if you receive the product is terrible!
I ordered one of the mascaras 2 days ago after reading all the ‘rave’ reviews. I have not received a confirmation of the order despite the payment being taken. I have sent several emails to follow this up with no response. I can only conclude this is a total con. Do not buy from these people!
I have just bought two more mascaras after finishing the first one ordered at Christmas time so it lasted a long time. I reordered because there is no doubt my seventy year old lashes are longer, thicker and more lustrous even when not wearing this great mascara. This time I also purchased the dark brown which I love for every day and will use the black when I need a little more drama and intensity. Beautiful simple packaging. An absolute joy! Highly recommended.
The ladies at Rumi are super helpful and their products are great! I particularly love the mascara- despite my ultra sensitive eyes I can use it every day. I also use the micro cellar make up remover- again no sensitivity issues. The eyebrow pencil and eye liner are also lovely.
I have been using lash care serum, mascara and amino blend make up remover for about 3 years now. I am 66 and have also had cancer twice in the past 5 years - losing eyelashes due to chemo. These products are the best ever and my eyelashes get compliments regularly. I wouldn’t use anything else.
I have been using Rumi brow care, lash care and Volume care mascara for around 3 years now and would not go back to any of my old products as these products are excellent! I am 75 years old and these items have done everything they say they will, e.g. nourished my eye lashes which look far more natural now than when using other companies products. Can highly recommend!
