My experience of shopping with Rumi cosmetics was easy.The customer support team replied very swiftly in response to my delivery enquiry. Also in further emails,great all round customer support, feels like you are a valued customer.I’m 100% satisfied with my Rumi mascara, does what it says. Having tried many mascaras over years this beats them all !
Being over 70 I have to be careful which make up to use on my eyes. Rumi's volume + care mascara has been the only one I've used for a few years now. It makes my lashes look longer without making them heavy and lasts all day. It's also good supporting a small independent business
I'm 55 and my lashes aren't as long and thick as they used to be. Rumi mascara solved the problem right from the beautiful long lashes, no clogging, no irritated eyes. Plus I noticed my lashes are slowly growing longer again, thanks to the serum. Highly recommended!
I have been using this mascara for a number of years due to very sensitive eyes. I was thinking I would have to stop using mascara which is never a good idea when you get older. I find I am able to wear this mascara for a number of hours with out a problem. I highly recommend it.
