Long Wait for Delivery

I ordered on January 2nd, but the product still hasn’t arrived 20 days later, and I'm left wondering if it ever will. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that it’s still in transit. According to the tracking number, it has been at my local sorting office since January 13th. Reaching out to the postal service has been impossible, and their advice is to follow up with the seller. I can’t comment on the quality of my purchases since I haven’t received them yet, but I wouldn’t recommend buying unless you’re ready for an extremely long wait for delivery.

Disappointing Experience with the Mascara

I found the mascara to be quite disappointing; it really doesn't meet the expectations set by the promotional material. It applies lumpy and feels claggy, lacking a pleasant appearance or texture. The promise of a 100% money-back guarantee if unsatisfied seems unreliable. The customer support is lacking, so I would advise against spending your money with this service.

Disappointed with the service!

I really liked the product initially, but I've sent multiple emails already. Don't be misled by their replies. They claimed they don't allow returns, which seems illegal and goes against consumer rights. Returns should be permitted unless items are personalized or perishable, and mascara doesn't fall under that category within 14 days. I believe consumer protection authorities would want to investigate this company.

Eyeliner for older users

I appreciated the concept of the eyeliner, but it performs similarly to other pencil liners. Even when used with an eye base and powder shadow, it tends to smudge, particularly under the eyes as the day progresses. My best solution has been to apply an eye base, shadow, liner, and then a setting powder. I had hoped this product would be different. It would be helpful if someone could share tips on preventing smudging under the eyes. Liquid eyeliner appears to be the best option for older women.

No return policy

I really like the company! I've sent several emails already. Don’t be misled by their response. They have stated that they don’t accept returns, which seems to contradict consumer rights. I have not received my order. The tracking number provided is invalid. This feels like a scam. I replied to the email with my order number, but they claim they have no record of it. The tracking link leads to a verification page that’s unhelpful. Their responses are verbose but unhelpful. I advise others to steer clear. They have asked for details about my experience but haven’t responded directly. I have requested a refund multiple times but they mostly ignore my messages. The last communication stated that a refund wouldn’t include shipping and would incur a fee, which seems unfair given their inability to confirm shipment.

Lack of customer service after allergic reaction

After using this mascara for years, I opened a new tube and experienced allergic reactions. This kept happening, prompting me to switch products. Disappointing customer service

The customer service is disappointing. I’ve been purchasing this mascara and eyeliner for years, but this time the quality seems different.
