Review Time
This is the third time i have bought this Mascara and its the best I have used. I have really fine light eyelashes and since using it they are longer and fuller without even putting the mascara on and the longest they have ever looked when i do wear it! it is also really easy to take off with a flannel so I dont need to use eyemakeup remover and just use facewash. So overall its saved me money, helped the environment and given me great eyelashes!
I placed an order on the 8th January and as yet have not received the item. I emailed the company who forwarded a link to track the item which I did put still no joy. I emailed again and received the same exact reply.I would appreciate if the company would reply directly and not an automated response.
Aside from the fact that the Rumi mascara (for mature eyes!)is fantastic, the customer service is excellent, faultless in fact! Always warm & friendly conversations.The mascara goes on without clogs or clumps,doesn’t seem to drop bits during the day, and is super easy to remove too. All in all a super company!
