I ordered both the mascara and the eyeliner. The mascara is acceptable, but I was disappointed with the eyeliner, as it doesn’t apply smoothly and pulls on my skin, making it unusable. I requested a refund as per their policy and sent multiple messages, but after eight working days, I have yet to receive a reply. I'm frustrated with companies that heavily promote themselves on social media but fail to provide adequate customer support. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
I purchased a hairline powder using the company’s color match chart, which promised a color swap if needed, and that’s exactly what happened. I emailed them and received a cheerful reply stating they would arrange the swap and I would hear back the next day. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting for a follow-up! Also, the product image on the website is misleading; the container is much smaller than it appears. I was charged more than the advertised price, which is concerning. It seems they only responded quickly to avoid a negative review due to upcoming sales, but they haven’t followed through on their promise. Their business practices seem questionable.
I’ve been going in circles trying to resolve an issue with my order. I ordered two mascaras but received only one. Initially, customer service claimed they couldn't find my order due to mismatched email details. After resending my information and providing evidence, they requested a video of me opening the package, which is impossible since I had already opened it. Now, customer service has stopped responding, leaving me with only one mascara after paying for two. I will be contacting my credit card company.
I paid 49.40 for 2 items and both were rubbish. You said I'd get 100% refund as I showed video and photos showing the extremely poor quality. I got an email saying the refund of €29 was processed. Why was there a charge of 20.40 taken as an admin charge???
I ordered a brow product in September . I have not received the product and the company, despite saying they will respond within 48 hours to my emails have not responded. Neither have they responded to their contact chat on their webpage. Save your money and do not buy
Excellent products. I use the mascara eye liner and make up remover regularly and am very happy with th results. The mascara is the only one I had ever used that doesn’t smudge or give me panda eyes. customer service is very good and responsive . Shipment is quick. I highly recommend this company and its products
