Edit: Although they replied that they provided a quick revision to my requested edits, I had to translate the entire document on my own and give them what needs to be edited. So, basically I just paid for their certificate and did the translation on my own.A total scam! Google translate does a better job than them at translating. Almost every line had an error in my document. It does not make sense to pay them and then correct every line myself.
Paperwork denied and deadline missed because key information was incorrect. Their response was “We're sorry to hear that your paperwork was denied and that you missed the submission deadline. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the error. While we take great care to ensure accuracy, our translations are completed by human translators, and unfortunately, human error can sometimes occur. We regret that this mistake impacted your ability to use the document as intended.” That’s all the ownership they take while charging a very steep fee for the work.
Bad experience! DO NOT USE Rush Translate FOR TRADEMARK translations! Use a more personalized service! ---Sent initial support email requesting info regarding trademarks, and received two automated emails that didn't directly answer the question. Went ahead with the order with a document that clearly states for trademark and a statement asking them to reach out with any questions. The language selection is misleading and confusing and now I I have a translation to Spanish... I needed it from Spanish TO english FOR A TRADEMARK!....They have a revision request... Nope, I get an automated email to pay again! This company is all automated and they're just out for your money! This company should not be legally certified as they don't even check or review material!
