I had a very good experience with RxSport. RxSport sent the ski goggles out first as it looked like the prescription lens might not be ready but then they arrived from the lab so they sent them too so that I had everything just before Christmas for my ski trip. Very happy with the product!
I ordered trainers for my grandson’s birthday and heard nothing for one week. When I chased the order for some mysterious reason the ordered couldn’t be completed and was cancelled!!! Why didn’t youcontact me??? I wan to reorder but have no confidence in your appalling service.
As the High Street chain opticians I use have often made mistakes on my grasses orders resulting in delays, I was a bit sceptical about ordering prescription glasses online BUT the whole experience and the quality of the glasses from Rx was excellent. Having found the glasses excellent I immediately ordered a set of ski goggles inserts that also seem perfect. Looking forward to using them in a few weeks.
