I have moved 9 times in 13 years and I would say Catherine and Tom at the Heywood branch are the best estate agents I have ever worked with. Tom initially helped us negotiate our purchase and sale and was great from the get go. Catherine worked hard to liaise with all our parties and provided suggestions and solutions to the obstacles along the way. Catherine was regularly available with updates for us and there were even unsociable hours including evenings and weekends where I could get in touch with her. She was proactive in chasing information and always took the time to call and check in with us. When Jess was unavailable, the rest of the team were equally excellent, stepping in seamlessly to answer any questions we had and keep us updated on the status of the sale.
