Caution Required for Doorbell Purchases. There are no refunds if you are dissatisfied. It appears to be a one-time payment for everything, but that's misleading. To replay, save, or access recordings, you must pay for subscriptions. In my opinion, there are far superior options than this doorbell!

Now they are refusing a refund due to their policy on opened packaging — which is deceptive, as you must open it to test it! The doorbell never functioned correctly, and customer service has been unhelpful and dishonest. I have reported them to the authorities and initiated a chargeback. This company sells defective products and conceals their refund policies. Don't waste your money.

SCAM ALERT - AVOID THIS PRODUCT. The doorbell was easy to set up initially, but it consistently loses connection. To use the motion detection, you quickly realize you need to pay for a subscription. The battery life is short, and it disconnects from the indoor chime. When seeking a refund, they only offer 30% back if the box is opened. This is a scam. You receive an email stating that if the product is opened, they can offer a partial refund while you keep the doorbell. It's unacceptable.

The doorbell records inconsistently, and some days there are no recordings at all. Customer service has ignored my refund request, and I've been charged twice for the subscription. This product is not suitable for its intended purpose.
