Customer service was great. The sizing needs to be updated to be in conjunction with other companies. The size Small fits like a true medium which is way off for carriers. The size small hits the belt and is unwearable at times. Overall I am on the fence about the carrier.
I’d like to give a shout out to safelife defense customer service. My package was lost in transit and I really needed it to start my new Security job. I reached out to customer service and they were on top of it immediately, All they needed to replace my item was to do a quick investigation and the police report. And within a couple of days my complete body armor bundle was shipped and this time they suggested sending it to a UPS store for pick up, which was much safer as I live in kind of a rough neighborhood and packages get stolen all the time. The customer service representative is very nice and very efficient. I was able to start my job today and feel fully protected whether I’m wearing concealed light armor or when I’m wearing my rifle rated plates in my external carrier. I also really like the versatility as I am able to put my heavy rifle rates plates in my conceal carrier as well. In a few more weeks I plan on ordering the hyper line armor for my concealed carrier. So if it’s protection., you need safe life defense has got you and your package covered. I want to say thank you to the entire team at Safe life defense! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
