Shipping time was appropriate. I ordered the XS-S and the carrier is still a bit too long. Bottom edge of carrier keeps releasing my weapon on my duty belt. Shoulder straps can be made longer, but not shorter. Overall it’s a good carrier, but mine has something sharp on the inner edge of the left shoulder strap that cuts my neck.
The body armor still has no yet been delivered. Your website's inability to accept payment from Charles Schwab Visa cards from overseas (but ability to accept from the same account when in the US) is mostly to blame for the fact that I wasn't able to get it before I left. But I also got emails more than once claiming that the package would arrive... but it didn't. Unfortunately, I can't really rate the product on anything other than this.
