I just purchased a belt and vest from the Safe Life location on Valley View. My experience was awesome. I received a great understanding of the products and was properly fitted. The exchange process was quick and efficient. very friendly staff and the turnaround on the exchange was quick, getting my gear to me in a timely manor. Most other companies will take their time with exchanges because you already paid, not here.
The product design and ordering process online was intuitive and easy to place. However, the delivery time is some thing that can be worked on. For a long awaited product improvement, manufacturing and shipping should be much faster than the 8 to 10 week delivery wait.
