I called because my package was going to ship with usps.I called customer service to tell them that USPS does not deliver to my physical address. That’s when they said they would catch the package before it went out and try to get it UPS so it wouldn’t get sent back. They did all this without me even asking, they were awesome. They caught it before it left the warehouse and fixed it. 10 stars!!!!
The entire experience was excellent. The staff was well trained and very knowledgeable about the products and assisted greatly in fitting me for my armor. Both Belle and Olyria were amazing and really made the process of getting fitted easy despite having a difficult body type.
Ordered a tactical belt and a mag pouch, didn’t receive the mag pouch when my order was delivered. They’ve made it such a difficult experience for me to get the mag pouch sent, its been over two weeks and its still not confirmed that they’re going to send it.
