Although I absolutely love my blanket

Although I absolutely love my blanket, the customer service sucked. I reached out at least 3 times because my order was so late and not a single time did they get back to me, despite the fact that they state they have 24/7 customer service. I am thankful for the blanket I bought however I will never ever be spending money on this website again.

**SCAMMERS**SCAMMERS**SCAMMERS**I wish there was a way to sue companies like theses who try to cheat on people’s money, time and their emotions..I ordered multiple items from their website on the Feb 2nd 2026 and till date have no proper information regarding their delivery or current status..Upon emailing them on the provided customer support email all u get is one liners says the products are in transit..I request everyone to be away from companies like this and stop wasting ur money and time..

Ordered something for my wife to have on Valentine’s Day , from the time of the order never received any updates,tracking information , nor any other correspondence letting me know about my order. I was told based on what was seen on media that this was a guaranteed gift that she would love , now I can’t get a refund , and this has ruined a potentially good day for my wife. Please do not order.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. These guys are literally false advertising. I bought what appeared in the pictures as a 3d 32" pillow replica of my truck....as in a 3d item that you can put a kid on top of, much like a bean bag or small chair etc, but a truck.....what they sent me was a regular pillow with screen printing of my truck. I charged back through the card company thankfully. customer service response was the items can have a slight variation due to custom work......lmfao SLIGHT variation I can deal with, something I didn't order and cost me more than any pillow I've ever bought is a whole different story. SCAMMERS!!

The worst company to deal with for…

The worst company to deal with for gifts. I ordered my item over a month ago and every time I ask for a refund, they tell me to wait two more days. My item has been sitting in New York for a month and the customer service team just keeps giving me the runaround. Do not trust this company. Save your money.

Very Low Quality Embroidery and Shirts--AVOID!

We paid $70 for a personalized shirt for Father's Day. The embroidery was very low quality, colors were very inaccurate, and made us look like pigs. And, to make it even worse, our "Large" fit like a Small! Must be Chinese sizing. After confronting the company, they offered us a $18 refund or they could re-do the shirt with a hefty shipping charge, both poor options. AVOID this company at all costs...you've been warned!
