the shoulder straps are limited in range for tighten and loosing, the shoulder straps should have a wider range like the side straps, i am 165lbs and 5'9" i have a xs vest, and it still is a bit bulky. customer service is friendly and helpful, not a bad experience overall.
Looking through the website to find the correct vest was made simple and easy, once I placed my order my vest was shipped out with in 2 days. I emailed them with a question and received a reply with in 24 hours. Shipping process took a little longer due to weather across the country but they send you tracking information to keep up with it. That was no fault to the company at all. Been wearing my vest for 10-12 hours a day and is super comfortable and breathable. Any future vests I need to purchase will be through the same company.
There isn't anything bad to say about this company. I placed my order for a level 3 vest at 11 in the morning, and it had shipped by 5 that evening. I received it two days after the order was placed. The vest itself fits perfectly and so comfortable that I can wear it 12 hours with no issues. 10/10 would recommend Safe Life to anyone.
