He took the time to explain the process and was so friendly and professional in doing so. Hie team also demonstrated the same qualities. Jawad made a what could be a stressful event to a great experience.

We trusted Safe Ship Moving Services without asking enough questions about the actual moving company they hired to handle our relocation.Be sure to ask detailed questions upfront—about moving costs, the moving company’s website and reviews, and what factors could change the quoted price you receive from Safe Ship’s sales representative compared to what the movers may charge on pickup day.In our case, the cost of our move doubled between the initial quote and the day of pickup. At delivery, we were told only five items could be carried downstairs without an additional fee, despite having over 40 boxes unloaded from the truck.We also later discovered that there are two moving companies with the same name—one with excellent reviews, and another with poor ones. Unfortunately, Safe Ship Moving Services contracted with the latter, and that was the company assigned to our move.Sky, thank you for following up regarding our moving experience. We truly appreciate your support and understanding throughout the issues we faced, and the extra effort you put into helping with the monetary compensation showed that you had our best interests at heart.As a veteran of 30 years, I value businesses that uphold high standards. Personnel was extremely nice and called several times to make sure everything was set up and on schedule. However there was a lack of communication between Safe Shipping and the company they brokered to do the job. This was my biggest concern, however when you move several states over I'm not sure how you rectify this.
