Review Time
The pick up went well, but the delivery was a nightmare. The driver showed up 6 hours late and didn't assemble the furniture. Worse yet, one chest of drawers had a leg broken off in the move. When contacted by safe ship to find out how my experience went, and after I explained what went wrong, I was told that I was definitely going to get some money back and a phone call the next day. Two days later, crickets. Safe Ship gave my job to a company called Premier Movers. Don't use either company.
Probably one of the easiest moves of my life. Very quick and easy, everyone I spoke with has been helpful and kind, and all at a good price. Would recommend to anyone.
I had an excellent experience with Safe Ship moving. Richard and his team member packed all of my furniture with care into the truck, as well as all of my boxes. They were very organized and were able to pack in such a way that having two different drop off locations went extremely smoothly.
Everyone, Zach, Gabby, Elizabeth, were great to deal with. They answered my questions. The only thing I didn't like was that they are a broker and not the moving company. They were rated #2 by Forbes Magazine so this surprised me during our conversation.
Rigo‘s Moving, specifically team Elias was hands-down the best moving company that I’ve ever used. I have moved 14 times and I’ve never met such a more professional attentive and efficient crew. They managed to move very large home in under five hours with the most thoughtful and careful wrapping and packaging of all our furniture. Could not imagine a better service.

Job #7154722. Lots of communication, but wasn't always consistent and accurate from the sales team to quality assurance to customer service. The local guys were very nice. Asked to give review at time of pickup and would prefer to leave it after the job is completed. Be sure to thoroughly read everything to avoid hidden fees that the main company will add.
