I have auto-immune diseases, Addison's disease, Hashimoto's thyroid disease and others. Restful sleep makes a real difference in my daily activities. I usually have "something that hurts" when I go to bed. I take one or two capsules nightly of R & R. It makes a real difference when I wake up and don't struggle to get out of bed.
I get bad leg cramps at night, some to the point I am in tears. The leg cramps stuff I had been using was not working anymore.
