I will never buy anything from this company again. I purchased a 50-inch smart TV for 43,000 with a one-year warranty. The day after the warranty expired, the display failed. They initially asked for 18,000 for a replacement, but after much discussion, they agreed to do it for 14,000. Just six months later, the display failed again, and now they're claiming there's no warranty on the unit they replaced. This has been the worst product I've ever used. I have a Samsung TV abroad with a five-year warranty that's still working perfectly after three years. This experience with the company has been incredibly frustrating.
