Review Time
I bought the 19' with dual joystick. The product was defective. When I plugged in, the screen and the power LED just flicks on and off ... We'll see if they come back to me ... if they do, will edit this review.Since the initial review, after a few emails to try different options, they sent me a new machine that works perfectly fine. I’m very happy with the customer service. Thank you.
I saw this on Facebook and was very dubious that it wouldn't turn up, or that the console itself would not be good.It got to the UK in five days from ordering which did suprise me, I was expecting it to take about two weeks!I bought this as a Christmas present to myself so all I did when it arrived was unbox it to check everything was correct. Then I plugged in to check it was working, and I had a quick game of Pacman!! Then I plugged it into my TV with the hdmi to check that was working.I have to say, this is a marvelous console for the price. The graphics are brilliant, the sounds good, and I have 5,000 games to look forward to. I got the extra game controller too which plugs in via usb. It's all packed away now for Christmas, I cannot wait!My only gripe is it really does need a clear, detailed instructions manual,as it can be hard to suss out searching, settings etc. Brilliant purchase though

WOW..amazing product and more than the products, its the people behind them, they are extremely helpful and will reply you back with such an ease! i cannot thank them enough..no other console comes close to their quality, dedication and an amazing time which you can have by playing on this console!!! Buy this product and have a blast!!!
Received my machine today. It’s awesome, nothing more to say. 1 week from order to it arriving in Oz.Updated. I have had the machine for a few weeks now, works well, pretty much everything functions as advertised. Great value in this little machine.
I ordered a games machine for my 50th birthday (I helped my wife out by buying my own present for her); left it a bit late so was worried it wouldn't arrive in time, but it was with me in 2 days!I'll be honest, I wasn't 100% sure but the idea of the machine was too strong to resist. It looked great on the adverts and I thought £225 was a good price for what I was getting. But there was still a small part of me that wasn't really sure if it would turn up and, even if it did, how good it would be.Well, rest assured it did turn up, it works and it is great. The customer service was great when I needed it (I needed to check a courier status issue, which was quickly resolved).Mostly, I am just here to reassure people that if you are thinking of buying a games machine from Samtronic, don't worry or hesitate. They are legit and you will receive it, and not only that but - based on my experience - it will be quick and if there are any troubles, the customer service team will sort it out quickly.
Unfortunately, a pretty disappointing experience. After being bombarded with ads on social media I took a big risk and purchased the 14” Samtronic game console with 5000 games. It was shipped quickly and arrived quickly, but that’s about where the positive points stop. The build quality of this box is very low. As soon as I opened it, I could see a piece of the frame was missing from the top left corner near the screen. I also found it odd that my black unit has white buttons for LED and Power even though I didn’t request any customization. The next big disappointment is that the buttons have NO LEDs. LED buttons are shown on their website and every social media video, what a big disappointment. The other MASSIVE problem is that they forgot to put a screw/nut into the front/top of the unit so I cannot screw in the joystick to carry the box or store the joystick. How does such a big mistake happen? Next, the joystick is very sensitive. That’s great for gaming but makes typing in the search bar difficult. Finally, the lock on the front of the unit is not lined up properly and it’s very difficult to get it to lock. I reached out to Samtronic TWICE and received ZERO replies about these issues. I guess they just want to ignore me. I will be doing a in-depth review with photos/videos on Reddit and my retro gaming YouTube channel. Unfortunately, can’t recommend this device. I hope they improve the console and customer service in the future. Now it seems like they're paying for fake reviews. All recent reviews sound the same and each user only has 1 review... scammy.EDIT: My order number is SAMT3152, I emailed you multiple times about this issue and you just ignored it.
I ordered a 14" 5000 game console having seen an advert on Facebook. I was nervous at first but as soon as I received my tracking number from UPS (which didn't take long) I was happier. I am delighted to say that the console arrived this morning, given that this travelled from Hong Kong to the UK it arrived pretty quickly, was well packaged and arrived in good condition.The console is well built with good options to connect to external devices. I haven't had the chance to play many of the games yet but I am hugely excited about the vast number of retro games from my childhood that are available.At the moment I am very happy with the speed of delivery and quality of the console. Samtronic's communication is also good in fairness,On opening the box I thought that the power adaptor was missing and e-mailed Samtronic. I got an immediate reply apologising and saying that a new one would be sent out, no questions asked and an extremely fast response.It turned out the power adaptor had been included and had dropped on the floor and under the sofa when I opened the box! So this was 100% my fault and not Samtronic. I just mention this for how impressive their speed of response was when I flagged I thought I had a problem.Thanks Samtronic, great job!

Package delivered originated from Chino-MicroElectronics Co. Ltd. 2nd September 2024 - Today I received my "UPS" tracking number - My order was placed 29th August 2024 so 2 days would make 30th August 2024 (approx), 3rd September 2024 - UPS have received goods and item has shipped - delivery date approx 5th September 2024. 4th September 2024 - Package still in transit, but checked in by UPS at 13:20 and 13:24.5th September 2024 - Package landed at Dubai 3:23pm Local Time, and took off again at 5:36pm and it is now back in transit from 6:01pm. Arrived at Cologne, Germany at 10:30pm, Left: 4:00am6th September 2024 - Package arrived in Stansted (UK) at 3:29am, was taken to UPS at Paddock Wood, Kent at 6:21am and went out for delivery at 8:58am.Delivery Today - 11:30am-3:30pm - 3 Days Total from UPS getting the parcel to actual delivery..Console delivered safely at 2:15pm UK Local Time.Rating upgraded from 3 to 4. Final review to followBeen playing this since received and i can confirm its well made and had all 5000 games and some great classic games for the era. The rating is now updated from 4 to 5 - and I will review the console in full later over the actual build, connections and features.Final Review:I had ordered the 5000 games, 2 player of which they very kindly put in an extra controller free of charge. It was delivered with the power adapter, two replacement buttons, the joystick, which doubles as a handle, a small spanner, and an instruction manual..On the rear of the console are 2 x USB A sockets, a TF card socket, a volume control, a reset button, a VGA connection for a monitor, and an HDMI socket, plus a socket for the power adapter.The other controller was a wired Xbox type controller with a USB connection. The front is secured shut by a metal latch and the joystick becomes the handle to carry which when unscrewed can then be inserted into the main console as the main joystickOnce the console is powered up, there is a power display which shows a battery indicator showing you how many bars of power remain and LED on/off button and a DC 12 V on/off button, a start button and a play/pause button plus pause button. The changing colour LEDs can be switched off if not required. The case is made of metal which gives it that heavy weight.
