Despite my canceling my order within 2 hours of having placed it Slomins delivered 29 gallons Tim my home today
I was with Romeos not Slomins and the price was $4.849 way above the going price I paid which was $3.599
I have no contract and never did with Slomins and one time found them great when the father operated the business
This is to notify in. I do not want any further deliveries from Slomins now operating under Romeos as well
This bill of $141.11 is held in abeyance until such time as legal action is taken

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the absolute worst company and beyond unreliable. We got oil delivered 2 weeks in a row that we didn’t need $500.00 later and then over a month goes by and nothing at all. We called a bunch of times for a refill at half a tank so we wouldn’t go empty in the winter and kept getting the run-around. Our tank went completely empty and was told nobody could deliver for another 3-5 business days after already calling multiple times for a delivery. Kept getting pushed back and then told “no notes have been put on your account”. So every phone call and request was just out the window not even answered. Don’t even try to speak to a supervisor because they’re never anywhere to be found and will not contact you. Every representative is clueless and has no answers for you at all. Now it’s dead of winter and we have no oil for 3 days. They gave us an “emergency” fill of 10 gallons but couldn’t fill the whole tank. The most disgusting and unreliable company I’ve ever signed a contract with, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!! HORRIBLE
