Received them a week ago, but lenses perform poorly

I received them a week ago, and the lenses seem to work incorrectly. In shaded or dark areas, they turn the advertised yellow for sun protection, but when outside in the sun, they become clear. I'm disappointed, and getting a $60 refund feels like too much hassle. I won't consider these again. On the bright side, they were comfortable.

Lenses Reacting Incorrectly

I received them a week ago, and the lenses seem to behave unexpectedly. In shaded or dark conditions, they turn yellow as advertised for sun protection. However, when I wear them outside in the sun, they become clear. I'm quite disappointed, and the effort for a $60 refund feels excessive. I won't consider these again. On a positive note, they were comfortable to wear.

Prescription insert not functional

The prescription insert was not usable. To make matters worse, they refused to accept a return, despite claiming a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Sharp photochromic lenses

The photochromic lenses are sharp and change quickly. I just wish they could be a bit darker.

This is my second pair. The fit is excellent, and the lens performs well in various lighting conditions. I'm considering the mirror glasses from another brand when it’s time to replace these.

Buyer Beware: Fraudulent practices

I ordered sunglasses through a social media ad and was concerned when I saw they were shipped from overseas. After multiple follow-ups with the company, I received no satisfactory response. I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company due to their lack of service. If you're looking for a trustworthy company, avoid this one! I wasted too much time trying to resolve this issue!

Disappointing experience with the company

I had a disappointing experience! I ordered sunglasses at the beginning of July, and they never arrived. After a month of excuses, I had to file a chargeback to get my money back. I should have checked reviews before ordering! The products are shipped from overseas and seem to never arrive. It feels like they are just taking money without delivering.

I feel like I wasted money. I bought a pair, but the plastic prescription insert broke. Can the support team replace it? I like the product but need customer assistance. In hindsight, I might consider other options.
