I placed an order with the company nearly a month ago and reached out to inquire about its status. After a long wait, I finally received a response, but it was disappointing. I’ve used my card before without issues, but now they claim I used a different card, which is no longer valid. I provided the correct card details I’ve been using, yet they continue to insist otherwise. All I want is my refund. Their customer service is lacking; it’s frustrating to deal with a business that doesn’t respond properly. I’ve been waiting far too long for my refund, and now they say there were no funds on the card, which is simply untrue. This situation has been incredibly disappointing, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. I have already consulted with my attorney regarding this issue. I will not be ordering from them again and suggest others think twice as well.

I was charged a restocking fee for each item and return postage, totaling $46.00. Essentially, I lost almost $50 just to try on and return these three items. I will never shop with them again. I recommend considering the poor quality and additional fees before making a purchase.

This company employs fraudulent sales tactics, and I advise against risking your credit card information and time with them.
