The absolute best!

We just purchased our first home with Sargeants and we couldn't have made a better choice. Claire was very professional and really connected with us, and she completely understood what type of place we were looking for. As a result, she got in touch as soon as she got the keys to the place she pictured us living in. Claire and Sargeants were there for us during every step of the process, recommended solicitors and a mortgage advisor and made the whole experience completely stress-free. We can't recommend Sargeants enough, and we will certainly be using them in the future should we decide to sell our property at some point.

Long but worth it!

Although the process has been longer than expected, the service Sargeants provides is very good. Good communication and good customer care make them outstanding. Personally I have dealt with Sally Sweeney who is always available and goes the extra mile to help you during the process which can be stressful and frustrating due to many factors. So thank you!!! Friendly, calm and clear!

We bought our property through Sargeants and we have mainly dealt with Sally, who has been really great! Good communication, friendly, calm and clear. No pressure during viewings and seemed to want to help find the right property for us rather than push a sale. Helpful during the negotiation and the run-up to exchange and completion - again, good communication and calm and clear throughout during a process which can be so complex and stressful! Would recommend.
