I have had a great experience with Sargeants and Hulya in particular.She has been very helpful and professional. Her dedication and availability made the entire process smooth despite the challenging market we are currently facing. Her in-depth knowledge of each property we viewed and her ability to answer our question was greatly appreciated. She managed to secure a buyer for my property and I highly recommend her and Sargeants as a whole.
Hulya from Sargeants took us around a few properties and showed us one that we really loved. From when we first made contact to request a viewing, Hulya has been on it and very responsive. It was great spending the day with her, she made us feel at ease and very happy with her service.
What drew me to Sargeants was the genuine warm welcome andatmosphere when entering the office. The professionalism of the staff was evident.During the last few weeks Hulya has put an Ernest effort in to sell my house, the rest of the staff Sally, Joe and Haley have been a pleasure to work with.
My main concern when choosing an agent to manage my properties was knowing I could trust they had an intimate understanding of the area where the properties are – and this meant a company that was not too corporate and one where staff are knowledeable – these qualities come with experience and empathy.I find Sargeants fits the bill, my primary reason for moving from a company that had grown exponentially over 20 years (to the point where staff did not know their landlords) was to have that more bespoke element with the Lettings team again – who are after all managing our largest assets. This can of course also be said of selling or buying a property. I have not regretted one moment moving to Sargeants. They deliver quality advice due to their specialist knowledge of the area, the staff are responsive, it's always a pleaseure to develop the next point of marketing with them and I can trust them to remind me to stay compliant with the ever increasing government changes in the Private Rented Sector.When I come to the point of selling I would not hesitate in instructing Sargeants.
