From the very beginning once we had chosen Sargeants @ Ealing Office, 141-143 Northfields Avenue W13 as our Estate Agent the entire service from start to finish was excellent. Our primary contact throughout was their Senior Sales Consultant- Hulya Baillie. We recently sold our property through Sargeants. The property was donated to us and being a more complicated property, with a first floor flat and a ground floor commercial space which was in significant need of renovation, we thought it would be a difficult property to sell. However, Sargeants were excited to market our property and managed to find a buyer within the first week or two. Hulya Baillie was our sales consultant and was incredibly professional and friendly, very helpful and went beyond her duties to help us with a few maintenance issues in the property and helping to guide us through the sale process .
