I placed an order and received an email saying it had shipped, which turned out to be untrue. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. Customer support is terrible; I received no help. I commented on social media about my issue, only to see it deleted—someone knows what's happening but is ignoring customers. Based on previous reviews, I’m not hopeful about the quality of the products.
I’ve never entered a wrong shipping address ever after almost a month the package said it wasn’t delivered due to wrong shipping address told me they can’t refund me because “they lost their clothes” which is a lie because it’s going back to their warehouse. Told me if I send $10 thru PayPal they will send a new one. Feels like a scam will not be spending one more penny on it..a joke or scam instagram needs to stop advertising for them.
Pay attention to the return policy!! Ordered 4 shirts for $80. They Took 2 weeks to arrive. The shirts are 100% polyester and definitely feel cheap. The designs are cool but in person they look cheap. My husband is tall so we usually order 2xl for extra length. The shirts are very wide and definitely too short. I emailed about returning them and they responded that buyer must pay return shipping TO CHINA! The shipping averages $40!! On top of the $80 I payed. I don't know what I'll do with them but the shirts are not worth it
Poor quality, boxy uncomfortable shirts with blurry graphics. Site claims free returns but they won't answer you unless you message them repeatedly. Then when they do, they want you to pay for shipping and refuse to issue refund or return label. Do not buy from these guys.
I bought the product 1 month ago, no one answers me, the product never arrived, this Instagram this store is fake it's a scam, it has to be reported, they keep paying Instagram to keep showing up for everyone to buy, don't fall for the SCAM the Product never arrives !!! I spent 100 dollars.
