The company shipped to the US from China. The shirts run small and the fabric quality is poor. It’s scratchy and the graphics (because they are apparently stolen designs from other companies) are stretched and blurry at times and the vinyl is not good quality.If you want to try to return like I did you’re looking at about a $40 fee because they will not pay for the return shipping and they will give you pushback and try to get you to accept a partial refund before finally giving you an address to return it to.Extremely poor service extremely poor quality.
having ordered an item from this company - when I received the payment details for it via paypal, it said payment to ‘reborndolls.com’! And, it gave a UK company WYMOND LTD as the company details. Having checked WYMOND out on companies house it is a holding company with its only director’s nationality being given as Chinese and place of residency as CHINA! If the item does not arrive or is substandard, I will complain and ask PAYPAL to intervene for a refund if necessary….. but.. please think carefully on why a Chinese man resident in China is pretending to be ‘Michael’ a Christian and yet taking payments via yet another company called ‘reborn dolls’!! Doesn’t seem like Christian ethics and integrity to me!
These people just stole from me. I ordered two shirts the total was $46. I didnt know it would be shipped from China. Eventually it gave me a tracking number after more than week. Okay the tracking number was moving through the mail for two weeks. It never went through ups usps or FedEx. It was like their own shipping system. Which is a scam because it never came to my house. It said delivered. I contacted them to let them know I never got it. They sent me fake delivery photos of two different houses which I've never seen before. Looks like they just found them on the web. I told them these are not my house and I want a refund. They asked me to send them pictures of my house. Why would I send you Pictures of my house?? Just feel like they took my money they never was sending me the shirts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
*********WARNING SCAM*********** Do not buy from this company. I bought three items which took weeks arrive. When they did they were very poor quality and did not match the description on their Instagram or website. When I tried to return the items they refused them.
