The company claimed they came to our address, but we were there the entire time and no one showed up. Despite this, they still charged us 1243 kr for a service that was never provided.
We contacted customer service, but they were not helpful at all. We ended up wasting both our time and money.

They are very quick to pick up your car and find a garage to fix it and then they forget about it. For my car timing belt was faulty and it took them over 2 weeks to fix it. I called foe enquiry often and get a promise to get a call back but never received one. They maybe good for small work like changing oil and filters but if your car need a repair or fail finding then avoid them all together.
This is a super idea. The only way to do this. Think, I had to take 2 cars, drop off the one, and then get driven back, then, had to pick up my car after servicing. Here, no wasted time. No majir inconvenience. If it's ordinary service, not requiring a major fix, they come, service, to competitive prices. Perfect. I use a particular guy. I trust him; he's good. I wouldn't dream of the inconvenience of taking my cars to workshop service now. Omnicar is good. I'm a critical and demanding customer. I would and do share when it's crap. I recommend this vendor. It's value for money.
