Initially, my order was intended as a Christmas gift, placed after Thanksgiving, but it didn't arrive until two weeks after Christmas! I had to reach out via email three times regarding an exchange needed for my son's sweatshirt. I was informed that I would have to cover the return shipping costs myself, or alternatively, I could reorder the correct size with a 15% discount and just give away the sweatshirt that didn't fit. It's disappointing because this brand has a wonderful message that my teenage son really appreciates!

They've had nearly a month to resolve this and have done nothing. Their communication is terrible. They shouldn't operate like this if they can't manage their workload. If I don't receive my package soon, I'll have to report fraud to my credit card company.
