Review Time
I emailed Cisdem about a Product of theirs that I purchased a lifetime license in Sep 2025.
However, I wanted to use the software on my Laptop instead of my Desktop. Ethan Li at Cisdem was kind enough to re-set my license. Everything is all up and running fine on the laptop.
The duplicate finder is great. It's the best out of 6 I've tried and it works for multiple forms of media. I needed help moving the license over to a new pc and customer service emailed me back in less than a day. The interaction was simple, easy, and human.
A ppt that I had worked on a long time suddenly went corrupt and the saved version as well. I contacted Cisdem. They were not able to solve my problem, but reported promptly and refunded my payment. Such acts a company that is trustworthy and professional.
I had problems with the license code as well as downloading YouTube videos using Cisdem’s VideoPaw software. After contacting support, I received a response within minutes and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.The software is now working perfectly again. I have honestly never experienced support this good before!

Excellent service from this company. Great communication too. Because I'm old, I found the change from my usual ripping software a bit too much to grasp but I wrote to Cisdem and Joey was very understanding and refunded me 100% same day. Very happy indeed.
