The product that I order was on Tik-Tok with Dr.Oz promoting the SlimBurn for losing up to 20-30 pounds. I’ve tried it and it doesn’t work. I’m going to try to return this product this next week. Hopefully I will get my money back from them but I’m not going to hold my breath!😂.
I fell for it!! shame on me! I have received many bottles of product, but have not seen a difference. Just like others have said. I have been notified of pending orders that I did not request and charged for products not requested. I guess my next step is to call my credit card company!
Neurocept is little more that caffeine! DO NOT waste your money. I am not able to consume caffeine due to a heart condition. I have tried several times to contact them by phone (302-618-4094) and email (astron@supportcaps & store@cartpanda) for a return & refund but no responses.
I ordered Neurocept pills and next day my doctor said, that I should not take these pills with my treatment. I cancelled and the support wrote me back, that they have not send it yet, what I would like. I said, that I want my money back. 2 days later, they sent me, that they have now sent it, ignoring my demand. They don't care abit about the clients. Never will buy something with this compagny

I purchased the product as a precaution to help stave off the ravages of Alzheimer's that have taken over my wife who no longer recognizes me. The video showed Bruce Willis talking coherently about going back to acting. I ordered them in hast and should have followed up on their claims before ordering. I found out that the video is AI generated and he has not improved whatsoever and found many complaints about the product online. I reached out via email to return my order ad followed up a week later with another email. They said I had to try the product so being honest I tried the product with no benefits. I emailed them again and they informed me I was 4 days past the 60 day window to return them for a refund, their website clearly states 90 risk free. I have since written several emails and finally received a reply today stating the same "you are past the 60 day return window"
