This has to be the worst garbage I’ve ever gotten for over $100 for a ring. Not only did I get the wrong ring, but it was garbage. Their main page on Facebook says they are located in Birmingham Alabama. The return policy was 60 daysexchange or return. I contacted them after two days and I get nothing so I open a case with Paypal. I did deeper investigation and found out that the two entities that run their website or located in Pakistan and China. This merchandise has made in China, hence the cheap junk, and drop shipped through the USA. Bait and switch you thinking you’re buying from the USA company. Buyer beware! These are dishonorable SCAMMERSUPDATE: Sayablong’s reply below.. 1st, their website says you can return or exchange within 60 days. Second, they never answered me so I had to open a PayPal case. Third, the shipment came to me in the US with a US return address on it l, yet when they finally agreed to the return, they want me to pay out of my pocket to ship from the USA to China. This company are pathetic.They owe me refund for return if my Order. It is currently in China Customs since 3rd February. They won't get it. Apparently according to PayPal who have investigated the real company they need to pay to have released from Custons This fraudulent company have denied I ever purchased. 36 emails later .. no refund. I paid in US dollars, which equals $A141 plus I returned and paid the return. Pictures taken. The ring was cheap chinese rubbish. Had valued by Australia jeweller who said worth $2, what a joke. Scamming innocent people.STOP REPLYING SAYABLING FOR IRDER NUMBER AND DETAILS. You know you have Order number bc I sent you a copy. I do like the choice of items. I do like the styles.I hate your website!!! When I choose and item to put in my cart. It makes me go back to page ONE and start all over again. How stupid. I don’t want to look at 8 pages I’ve already seen. I have to do that to continue to choose more items. FIX IT!!,
I am giving my order 5 stars because I feel Sayabling to be more reliable and giving me the confidence that I will be receiving my order. I know you are honest, and that you can be trusted 100%. However, I am very conflicted about the sizing of the rings. My first order was for size 7, but it fit like a size 8 on my finger. So the next two rings I ordered in size 6, believing they would fit like a size 7. When I received them, they actually did fit like a size 6, and I could not get either one on my ring finger. They did, however, fit on my little finger. This new ring order today, I decided to try size 7 again, hoping that the first ring was mislabeled, and was, in fact, a size 8. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this ring will actually fit like a size 7. If not, and it also is too big, at least I will be able to wear it on my middle finger, like I do with the first ring I ordered. Then the future rings I order will be size 6.5, and I will hope that size will fit my ring finger. Anyway, all the pieces of jewelry I have ordered from you, and I have ordered many pieces, have been absolutely GORGEOUS! The Emeralds have what the French call "a garden" within them; those beautiful internal inclusions that give them distinction and loveliness. However, one of the Emerald rings I ordered, that was 14ct., did not have any inclusions or imperfections. It is so clear it looks fake, like glass. No real Emerald, no matter how expensive, is without, at least, the tiniest of inclusions. I will just throw that ring away or give it to someone, since it is too small to fit my ring finger anyway. The other Emerald ring I ordered, and the two Emerald earrings, and the diamond and Aquamarine necklace are all breathtakingly beautiful. I am absolutely delighted with them.
Promptness of purchase to delivery was good. But in the description it should be emphasized of the care of the jewelry that not to expose to water and other liquids ie: hand l options perfumes handsanitizers. Makes it hard to wear on an everyday basis.
