I love Sayabling jewelry. I have 6 pieces now and have ordered 7 or so more- I am just waiting for them to be delivered. My pieces I have ordered look very expensive and are very classic in design. I cannot count the copious compliments I have received when I wear them. Everyone is well made too
Ordered the multicolored necklace. Gems started to fall out right away and continue to fall out. Contacted the company and they apologized and offered to send a new necklace. No necklace arrived and they are no longer responding.
Ordered a matching bracelet, it was too small so I initiated their “free returns” policy. Their free returns are not free. They said I needed to pay for return shipping to China which is about the cost of the item. They offered a 30% discount on another one and the same email and also suggested I sell the bracelet to someone else. When asked how to get the discount, they stopped responding, again.
Online purchase fabulous. I’ve made 2 orders that have been completely fulfilled and waiting for the 3rd. Good online buying experience. Customer service is a nightmare. If you have to return a product for any reason they hold their return address hostage and will seem to be helpful at first then stone wall you . It’s been 6 weeks trying to return or exchange first order. I have emailed several times for return address.. their customer service refuses to answer. Second order was perfect but I paid for express shipping that they sent through normal shipping and refuse to refund the $25 that was supposed to be express. Shipping. I have receipts showing it. Bottom line look at reviews. If your piece you bought doesn’t live up to the pics online you will have a very hard time trying to get that sorted out. Hopefully this order I made close to the second order will turn out just as good.
I purchased a cocktail ring, it took. Forever to arrive and when it did it was missing a stone. I emailed customer service and after 2 days I received a message that they would like to replace the ring. I asked again to give me the instruction to return the ring and they always responded that they will replace it. Don’t waist your money. If you can afford more than prices you can afford to waist you money
This company is running a simple bait and switch scam. Their products all say that the stones are either lab diamond or moissanite, but they send CZ or glass instead. Before making a purchase I reached out to their sales team via email to ask if the stones on two specific products I was interested in ordering would pass a simple diamond tester (lab diamonds will, and moissanite will render a false positive). They said yes. I have the email proof. Of course the items come and they do not test positive. I had my colleague who is a graduate GIA gemologist review them as well and confirmed they are NOT lab diamond or moissanite stones. When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to return the products AT MY EXPENSE. Why would I pay to return a scam? If they had sent me a shipping label I would happily send it back to them. Others here have said that even when you do return the items, they magically disappear and no refund is ever given.
Dont buy from these scammers. Its obvious most of the reviews here are made up out of thin air, or people have no clue about jewelry.
The customer service is very frustrating. When you need to return merchandise to another country, you have to repeatedly ask for the correct return address. They refuse to cancel your order just a few hours after purchase, claiming a 30% restocking fee will apply. The quality of the merchandise is poor and defective. If the courier fails to deliver your package to your door and leaves it outside, any theft will result in the company insisting on a reshipping fee of $30, without any guarantee you'll receive a replacement. Additionally, if you dispute the delivery with your credit card, they will question where the package was delivered, even if it was left at an unsecured location.
