There are actual people running this website, and they are willing to listen to you if you are an actual website/business owner and not a scammer. They quickly adjusted the score once we provided proof of our website and business legitimacy.This makes me feel good that the score they have is not some random bot scoring assignment.
I inadvertently found out that Trust Pilot had my site rated as suspicious. Admittedly, I am not a pro website builder, so my old website was, no doubt, less than optimal. My new site, same domain- mkhurder.photo is built by Wordpress and is far superior to the original efforts I made.I expressed this concern to Trust Pilot and they agreed to review their determination. Fair play is everything tome, so regardless of their finding on my new websile, I appreciate the fact they were willing to give me another look. This is good business. We've contacted them since we discovered that our well-known, established, and yearlong website was ranked very low scores. They immediately replied and after providing them with some detailed data they ranked our page as trustworthy and not a scam. If every page owner has to put so much effort into the qualification then the pages they ultimately decide to rank average or even high must have a very low possibility of scam.
