Our website is relatively new. I was surprised to see such a low rating initially. We are a new business and everything is above board. Our finances are transparent, our online stores are legit and everyone that joins our site has the choice as to what level of membership they want. After reaching out to scam-detector to discuss and give them more information they researched us deeper, found that we are legit and adjusted our score accordingly. They were great to work with and very quick to reply. In my opinion they are providing a great service to help keep everyone safe as the search the internet.

I checked my own tiny dog grooming website and was rather surprised to find such a low rating. I made a comment in the appropriate section, explaining who and what I am; and to my total surprise I received an email response within about 12 hours. A real (very friendly and polite) person had looked into my site and having seen I was telling the truth, upgraded my site appropriately.If only it were that easy to get google to stop thinking that email from my site are spam I'll be overjoyed. I'm very impressed with scam-detector's response time and willingness to investigate further if contacted by domain owner. Very impressive in this day and age of "algorithms" and bad manners.
