She was so kind and helpful, and sorted out a refund for me with no problem at all. Really appreciate how easy and friendly the whole process was — amazing customer service!
Extremt besviken på Scandivv. Bokstavshalsbandet jag fick i julklapp tappade färg efter bara några månader, och kundtjänst tog inget ansvar. De skyllde på en “3-månaders garanti” som inte nämns i deras returpolicy och erbjöd 58 kr i tillgodokod – inte ens nog för frakten för ett nytt halsband. Varför skulle man vilja beställa från er igen när produkten ändå inte håller? Vänd er hellre till ett företag som står för sin kvalitet och bryr sig om sina kunder än att riskera ännu mer pengar för ett halsband som inte går att använda inom de närmsta 4-5 månaderna. The initial necklace I received as a Christmas gift started losing its color after just a few months, and customer service took no real responsibility. They blamed a so-called “3-month warranty” that isn’t mentioned anywhere in their return policy and offered me 58 SEK in store credit — not even enough to cover the shipping cost for a new necklace.Why would anyone want to order from you again when the product doesn’t even last? Go with a company that stands behind its quality and actually cares about its customers, instead of risking more money on a necklace that might be unwearable within 4–5 months.I’ll never shop here again. It’s clear they care more about profit than customer trust.
