No returns are accepted from the UK. Be cautious, as returning orders from most countries is not possible. I was willing to cover the return shipping to France, but customs and duties also apply. I requested necessary documentation for the return but received no assistance. This should be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
I've been a customer for over 25 years, purchasing numerous watches and other items. That will no longer be the case. I had a high-end automatic watch, which developed issues. After waiting weeks for repairs, I learned they couldn't fix it despite being the only ones to service it. They returned it with water still inside. I'm extremely disappointed and will seek other brands for my future purchases.
This is my genuine opinion after receiving my order. Upon unboxing the watch, I noticed it looked dull, possibly due to the gold tone. The bezel looks nice, but the bracelet and clasp feel cheap and lightweight. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. I regret removing the protective plastic.

After much back and forth, I was informed that parts are no longer available, and I would need to pay for a new band. I have all original documentation.
