Sadly the item I purchased as a gift has still not been delivered. There is no easy way to communicate with this company who are hiding behind the veil of a chatbot and email communication only. Sadly it is the gift recipient who is most disappointed, going without the birthday gift they asked for. Come on Scandivv surely you know you live and die by reputation of customer service - where is yours?
Be aware this site dropships items from China. You can find the same items in shein and aliexpress. Furthermore, they provide an internal tracking but you can easily find that they leverage yunexpress and that the shipment departs from China. The quality is awful. I am trying to return my items but the customer service (if it really exist) is not confirming the return address and the phone number they have on their site does not exist.Please if you have been scammed like me, go to the ACM Consuwijzer site and flag to them that this site is a fraud, so that we can help other customers and put down the site.
I had a small delay with my order (which wasn’t Scandivv’s fault), and throughout the whole process, the team was incredibly supportive and kind. Their customer service is truly outstanding. I felt genuinely cared for!As for the jewelry! It’s absolutely gorgeous! Every single piece I received is beautiful, high quality, and exactly what I hoped for. I honestly love everything I bought. This company has the most amazing statement pieces I’ve ever seen! I’ve never purchased jewelry online until Scandivv because the images that are shown are real and authentic and they look just as good in person. The jewelry is soooo worth it and I will continue to support this company. Hands down my favorite!!!
