Completely unacceptable! A friend took their dog there multiple times and encountered four different supposed "vets." The dog was in terrible shape, and they seemed clueless about the issue! When the problem recurred weeks later, they had to return for a much larger dose of medication than initially prescribed. They clearly didn't provide enough the first time. I've also heard of another couple being misinformed about their dog having rabies when it actually had a stick lodged in its throat. I immediately suspected something was stuck! Yet, a so-called vet couldn't figure it out, leading to authorities threatening to seize and euthanize the poor animal. Eventually, they managed to clarify it was a foreign object, and surgery was performed. This experience was truly distressing!
I contacted the local branch and they quickly arranged an emergency appointment. The vet genuinely cared for my dog and took the time to discuss treatment options without rushing me. He explained all possible scenarios, costs involved, and was gentle and calm when I felt upset. The receptionists were also great, and I was very impressed with how they handled our situation.
I called the dispensary for repeat prescriptions as I needed to travel abroad in two days. I made this clear yesterday but didn’t receive a call back from the vet. Today, when I called again, it seemed nothing was being done. Finally, I managed to reach the dispensary, but the response was terrible and very laid-back.

We had a very positive experience at the local veterinary center. We had to take our miniature dachshund for an emergency appointment on a Sunday because he had swallowed a toy. Upon arrival, my partner stayed outside with our anxious dog, and the vet came out to explain the procedure. We all agreed, and within half an hour, our dog was back with us. The vet was incredibly supportive and informative, and the staff member I spoke to over the phone was very calming during my panic. We were truly satisfied with their service.
I read reviews about this veterinary center and was nervous about taking my dog for a neurological opinion. However, my experience was excellent. The vet was thorough, explained everything clearly, and offered options for ongoing care. The staff was kind and friendly. Although I traveled from another city for a specialist opinion, I would be happy to use this center regularly if I lived closer.
The equine department seems more focused on profits than patient care. Be cautious, especially if you have horses or ponies. They often disregard owner input regarding conditions, prioritizing their own interests. There was no clear pricing beforehand, and the final bill was exorbitant. They didn't communicate well about costs or treatment, which is against professional standards. Overall, I found their approach to be unethical and unprofessional, and I would recommend seeking care elsewhere.
Very disappointing experience. I paid for an emergency appointment and had to wait with my distressed dog for 40 minutes past my appointment time while others who arrived after me were seen first. The reception staff were incompetent, and the vet left me feeling frustrated. I will not be returning.
I usually visit a different practice where I receive excellent care, but when that vet was unavailable, I experienced poor treatment here. I needed urgent antibiotics for my cat, but the vet refused to prescribe them without a urine test, which was later revealed to be an internal policy. It took an unnecessary length of time to get the required medication, and I remain concerned about my cat's health as a result.
