As usual, support is very good, own dedicated team to ask questions to, to get options/ideas and clarity. Always manage to get great support results and is one of the main reasons why we have re-signed with SCG for the 3rd time (6yrs) for our UK mobile and data comms needs.
For more than seven years, we've been clients of SCG, previously known as 2 Circles. Recently, we've been introduced to a new account manager, Max Buckland, whose approach has been truly refreshing. Max is not only helpful but also quick to respond and easy to work with. I highly endorse both SCG and Max's exceptional service.
I was having a problem where I was unable to use Word and Excel because the computer software did not recognize that I was subscribed to 365.I also had e mails from an old Virgin e mail account that I was also to see and receive. In the process of ressolving I lost the Virgin account e mails. However, the issue was resolved by removing Microsoft software and reinstalling it. (Was done by taking charge of my computer). Throughout this Dennis was helping moniter the issue and checked that all was ok at the end. And Paul and Carl worked on the computer with their senior at one point.
Fenella Wotke was amazing she really helped me navigate my invoice and helped our company save money and still keep the great level of service that SCG offer. Would thoroughly recommend SCG and thanks again Fenella great customer service.
