The general feedback on other review sites is less than flattering. Most reviewers on other sites indicate that job postings are not real and that no one has ever heard back from the actual companies supposedly behind the jobs listed. It seems highly unlikely that if the job postings were for real jobs that there would be such a high number of applicants who have never heard from anyone. NOT even a rejection email. It just doesn’t add up. According to the people who have made comments on other sites Swooped is purely a resume and cover letter generating AI service. NO actual real jobs posted. If you search for employees of Swooped on LinkedIn you will find only a few. Nearly all of them block you from reading their profiles which is highly suspect.
I have applied to several jobs using your AI and haven't even gotten a call or interview. So far, I'm not impressed. I'd like to be, but I'm not. Also, the AI tends to "make things up" when my skills aren't a match. Don't make it up, so I have to read the entire resume and cover letter every time to make sure I'm not lying to the company I am trying to interview with. Yes I need to scan through each customization, but I should have to check to make sure it didn't sneak in "Looker" experience when it is found nowhere on my cover letter nor resume.
Do not bother to apply for a or use any of their sites if you are a conservative. You will be shadow banned.The reply is a complete lie. I suggest they keep a closer eye on what the moderators on their My Health Team sites are doing. My Take: When looking for project management opportunities, I am receiving job postings for Store Manager and HR roles. Additionally, many companies appear to have no clear understanding of the titles they are posting. A Project Manager is not the same as a Sales Manager, nor is someone who will be installing the project. Perhaps you could offer guidance to these companies to ensure a better experience for both parties.
