I placed an order for a bell ornament on December 10th and have not received any updates on its status. I am unsure if it is ready to ship or if it has already been sent out. Therefore, I cannot provide a complete review at this time. This is also the second request I have received for feedback. Earlier today, I reached out to the support team regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a response.

Earlier today, I contacted the support team about this matter, but I have not yet received a response.
If it were possible to give 10 stars, I certainly would! We needed a bell urgently and contacted customer service. They exceeded all expectations to ensure we received our bell within three days! They made a dream come true for our 92-year-old mom. Thank you for everything you did to make this happen for us. We truly appreciate your efforts!
