Colour bought for rootr not enough and also on the box it said that it would last for 1 month. After 2 washes colour was gone!!! Never using them again. Tried calling their service, the lady told me change brands.
Permanent blue dye, 'blue mercury'. Used the whole bottle, left it in for half an hour, managed to stain my face and bathroom a bit, rinsed it and... my hair is still brown! Exactly the same light brown it was before! Waste of time and money and it was supposed to be a treat after a rough day. Just left me feeling worse.
I have contacted this company several times, asking about a product that appears to be discontinued. My emails are never acknowledged nor responded to. I am a long-time consumer of their products, and I am very disappointed by their lack of responsiveness and interest in what their customers have to say.
Tried the LIVE Metallic Silver U71 permanent Hair Dye and my bleached blonde hair became PURPLE. I didn't mix it with anything else just followed the instructions to the letter, but I still ended up with a completely different colour than intended.
2 different silvers on light blonde. First time it was patchy bluey purple. I thought I'd made a mistake. Few days later tired the other silver, turned out pinky brown? Over 20 years dying hair ive never come across this. Twice same product diffrent colours completey diffrent then what the box says. 28 pound on what exactly patchy bluey that nobody wanted or brown with pink ends? You need suing.
