Review Time
Terrible service. 2 weeks passed since my order, no updates on shipping, and they aren't getting back to my emails either.It seems they have good reviews for the basic kit they sell on Amazon; they must be prioritizing orders coming through there. What a great way to punish those who take the time to visit your website and order the more expensive stuff. Stay well away folks. And if you want to go for the basic kit on Amazon, you have better and cheaper options there. There's no need to reward this company who have no concept of after-sales.
After placing an order with Sculpd.co.uk, I decided to return it as I had a change of heart. However, the return process was not smooth, and unfortunately, I never received my refund of £94.40. Additionally, I did not receive any confirmation that the item had been received, and it was quite challenging to communicate with the company.
I ordered on 2/1. Evri has had parcel since the early hours of 4/1. On 9/1 a customer service advisor apologised for this (not their fault that Evri are incompetent!) and offered a refund or NDD on a replacement. I chose refund. I heard nothing.Emailed again, then get a response saying they’ve contacted Evri and need to wait for the parcel back before issuing a refund. The parcel still hasn’t moved 2.5 days later. By this point I have bought a replacement gift and am £55 down.No replies to emails now.Please don’t buy from them until they sort out customer service!
DONT BUY FROM HERE. I would never ever normally leave a bad review on anything, but I feel this brand has robbed me from my money. Seeing them advertised I thought I’d spend my money benefiting a small own brand, as it was my sons birthday and I ordered this as a fun activity to do with his friends as we were having a little party. Where as in fact I should of just gone to hobby craft. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago now, received a confirmation email straight away. A week goes by, I clicked onto my tracking for evri they were expecting the parcel on the 12th, this is 5 days later and they still hadn’t received it. (They state on their website it is 2-3 working days delivery) I emailed Sculpd and they said they will send another by DPD next working day delivery in time for my son’s party that weekend. They never supplied me with a tracking number and that weekend has now passed, with no parcel showing up. I have emailed multiple times, commented on instagram posts (which they have deleted) & not resolved the issue. I am friends with my Evri courier & she has lookded at the depot which she has stated it is defiantly not there. They have also blocked my instagram account. So this is 1000% a scam and am now under the impression they have taken my £39 and I’m not going to get it back. Guess that’s what you get for trying to help out a small brand..
Got to give credit where it’s due. I ordered a while ago for Christmas gifts, 4 sets for kids and an order for partner. Evri have misplaced my parcel it seems and although out of sculpd’s control they got a replacement order that is coming today no questions asked at a time where the deliveries are all over the place. Impeccable customer service, thanks Giles and the team.
I placed an order for 3 different kits as gifts for family birthdays. Although I haven't tried the kits myself I was pleased with the quality and delivery time-frame. The kits were packaged well and came quickly, all family members were pleased to receive these as gifts!
I got gifted a pottery kit by a friend and I've totally fallen in love with pottery, it's gone from a one-time experience to something I do all the time! Such a great brand and love how they're making creating things for your home accessible. Have bought several more times and will be buying more in the future :)
