This app is terrible for money transfers; my funds have been stuck for about 20 days, showing as processing. They keep providing new estimated dates for completion. The service is awful, and I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. I urge the team to refund my money if they cannot process it. There’s no functional customer service option in the app, so once your money is stuck, you’re left waiting for a resolution or trying to reach out through reviews. A very disappointing experience.
This is the worst service imaginable; it doesn’t even deserve a single star. I would give zero if I could. The transferred amount is marked as failed, and I have received no response from customer support. I am uncertain about who can assist me!
This has been an unbelievably poor experience. I sent money on April 29, and today is March 13, with no transfer completed (the amount was deducted from my US bank account). The customer service is dreadful, with no replies—only automated messages stating they will respond within 24 hours. I am still waiting for a reply on day three.
The service is extremely disappointing. They mishandle your funds and fail to respond when you inquire about the status of your money. I initiated a transfer on March 4, 2025, and received confirmation that it was completed on March 11, 2025, but the funds have not arrived in my Indian account. Since March 11, I have been following up, but no one seems to know the whereabouts of my money. They keep promising to get back to me within 8 hours, but that timeframe has stretched from March 11 to March 19. I still haven't received my money, nor have they returned it to me. Avoid using this service; they are untrustworthy.
When initiating a transfer, they claim the money will arrive in 2-3 days. However, this company seems unaware of what that means. I began a transfer on July 16, and today is July 26, with no sign of my funds. Since Monday, the customer service has been stating that my transfer will be complete within 1-2 days. I need to pay a credit card bill and EMI, yet they do not grasp the urgency. A truly frustrating experience with this company.
